 Program Details/Steps:

1.  Select a “fun” raising coordinator from you organization.  This person will work with La Salsa in making sure your fund raising effort is a success.

2.  Contact the General Manager to coordinate a mutually agreed upon date or number of dates to host your “fun” raiser(s).

3.  We will send you a “fun” raiser agreement form and W-9 form to fill out.Once returned, we will provide your “fun” raising coordinator with a customized flyer with your event details.

4.  The “fun” raising coordinator will make copies of the flyer and distribute to the group, friends, families, community, etc.They may wish to email the flyer to a network of contacts as well (Please let us know if you would like an electronic version as well).Remember the more flyers you distribute, the more money your organization can raise.

5.  Encourage your network to treat their coworkers, family and friends to fresh, flavorful food and help your cause at the same time.Promote having your organization leader or a selected group on-hand to greet supporters and perhaps, even help serve food (to assist in handing out food or greeting your guests at the event, please check with the General Manager and arrange permission prior to the event).Take-out, dine-in and call-ahead purchases all apply.

6.  On the date of your event, participants must bring in a copy of the flyer.Our cashiers will staple the receipt from their purchase to the flyer and drop it in a designated box/envelope for your organization. La Salsa @ Hayward will donate 15% of all food/beverage sales generatedby your organization on the specified date.Shortly after the event, a check will be sent to the “fun” raising coordinator from La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill.

La Salsa gave 15% of Net Revenue ($200) to St. Bede School's Science Lab and Technology Fund on April 7, 2008.
